Jadro Steel LLP is a prefabricated steel building manufacturer based at J.L. No-27 Satghoria, Panchla, Howrah. The partnership was incorporated on 15 June 2016 and is registered as a Small enterprise under MSME. Every steel section in every building we deliver is roll-formed on our own line at that address.
What we have built includes hybrid steel fire stations at Bonga in West Bengal and at Gaya airport in Bihar, an LGSF site office in Howrah, a conference hall in Kolkata, and a quarantine facility in Bhutan. Those are the projects we point to when someone asks whether the system works outside a brochure.
Our work covers three things: light gauge steel framing for houses, showrooms and site offices; heavier steel framing for factory sheds, warehouses and large-span commercial buildings; and the structural design that sits under both. The in-house team runs from structural engineers through fabrication supervisors to erection crews, which is why the drawing, the frame and the building on site are all answerable to one company.
Every building is engineered to order. We do not work from a catalogue of standard spans, which is why layouts and elevations can be whatever your architect drew — and why our quotations hold instead of drifting upward during execution.

Manufacturing
Our Factory at Panchla, Howrah
Jadro owns and runs its own roll-forming line. Your frame is not ordered in from a third-party fabricator and queued behind someone else’s job — it is produced here, which is why we can commit to a delivery date and hold a tolerance.
Section profiles
C-section studs and matching U-tracks in 75, 89 mm and
150 mm web depths, and noggins cut to suit. Flange height 41 mm.
Floor joists
C-section joists from 150 mm to 250 mm, selected
against the span and the loading of each floor.
Steel gauge
0.8 mm to 1.6 mm, high-tensile at 550 MPa. Gauge is
chosen per member from the structural design, not applied uniformly across
the building.
Galvanised coating
275 grams of zinc per square meter Z as standard.
Maximum member length
9 metres fabricated and transported as standard.
Longer members are possible where site access permits allow.
Dimensional tolerance
±1 mm on cut length. Every member arrives cut,
punched and labelled, so panels go together without adjustment on site.
Line capacity
Up to 50 tonnes of framing per month on a single
shift, and more on a second shift where a programme needs it. That is
enough to run several projects in parallel without one delaying another.
Service holes are punched into the studs on the line before a panel leaves the factory, so conduit and plumbing run through the frame rather than being chased into a wall afterwards. Read more about the system on our LGSF construction page, or arrange a factory visit and watch the line running.

Engineered for your site
Wind, seismic and roof loads worked out for your actual location, not copied from a previous job. A coastal plot and an inland one do not load the same frame the same way.
Rolled on our own line
Galvanised coil in one end, studs and tracks out the other — cut to length, punched for services, marked with the panel they belong to. Nothing subcontracted.

Dates we can commit to
Because the line is ours, your components are not waiting in somebody else's queue. Your foundation is cast while the frame is being made, so two jobs run at once.
Delivered where supply is hard
Components ship flat-packed, numbered and sequenced in erection order — which is exactly why a hill site in the Northeast gets the same build quality as a plot in Howrah.

- We will tell you when the answer is a system we do not build. Some projects need a heavier frame than light gauge steel framing can carry, and some need a local contractor rather than a manufacturer. Saying so has cost us work.

Do you have your own manufacturing facility?+
Yes. All steel components are fabricated at our own factory in Panchla, Howrah — not outsourced to third-party fabricators. This is why component tolerances and delivery dates are controllable rather than dependent on someone else's queue.
Can I visit the factory?+
Yes, and we would rather you did. Call ahead so someone can walk you through the line and show you components being cut and labelled for a live job. If you are comparing manufacturers, ask each of them the same question and note who hesitates.
Where is Jadro Steel located?+
Our factory and registered office are at J.L. No-27 Satghoria, Panchla, Howrah, near Kolkata, West Bengal. From that base we design, fabricate and install across eastern India and the Northeast.
