What we build

Additional floors on existing buildings, mezzanines, staircases and framed extensions. Steel weighs a fraction of masonry, so it often works where a concrete floor would not.
Retail outlets, showrooms, site offices, training centres and banquet halls. Glazed fronts and wide open floors, ready to fit out far sooner than concrete allows. Wide clear spans for factory sheds, warehouses, godowns and cold storage — sized to your racking, cranes and truck movement.

The question we hear most is "isn't it just a tin shed?" It isn't. Here is every layer, for both systems we build.
Galvanized frame, sheathing board, insulation, service cavity, and your choice of external finish — plaster, stone, cladding or timber. Quieter and cooler than a brick wall of the same thickness.
A heavier primary frame carries the span and the floors, light gauge framing forms the walls and roof around it. Used where a house needs large open rooms, or for multi-storey and industrial work.
Drawn, then built
Our architects and structural engineers sit in the same building as the roll-forming line. Drawings are produced against the steel system from the first sketch, so nothing gets value-engineered away after approval.

A building whose frame is designed and fabricated in a factory before it reaches site — columns, rafters, purlins and bracing cut and formed to your drawing, then bolted together on site. Design, fabrication and erection under one contract from our own Panchla works.
Showrooms and retail outlets, car and bike dealerships, office buildings, banquet and marriage halls, restaurants and food courts, hotels and resorts, school and college blocks, hospital and diagnostic blocks, gyms and community halls, shopping and commercial complexes, site offices and training centres. Multi-storey commercial blocks and additional floors on existing buildings are built on the same system.
Cost is driven by span, floor height, number of floors and the finish specification — not floor area alone. A shell and a fully finished, glazed and air-conditioned commercial block are very different buildings. On total project cost it is broadly comparable to good-quality conventional construction, but it finishes considerably faster, needs a lighter foundation and produces almost no site wastage. For a commercial building the real saving is time — every month your showroom or office is not trading is a month of lost revenue.
It depends on floors, span, glazing and fit-out specification. What saves the time is that your frame is being fabricated at Panchla while your foundations progress in parallel, and the structure is ready for fit-out far sooner than concrete allows. We commit to a date in writing before you sign.
Yes to both. Steel weighs a fraction of masonry, so an additional floor often works on an existing structure where a concrete slab would not. For new multi-storey buildings a heavier primary frame carries the floors, with light gauge framing forming the walls around it.
